TESTIMONIALS

What are people saying about LifeStar®?

“"Doing Sue's 6 week LifeStar reset has been a game changer for me when I didn't know I needed it. Sitting consciously in my life instead of having it 'happen to me, despite me' has given me a renewed focus for balance and joy. Thank you Sue."”

"As a business owner, mother and carer for aging parents, my life is busy and at times out of balance with little time for me. The Lifestar Reset Challenge offers a supportive and research-based approach to understand your drivers, areas to reset and the tools to create more balance. Working within groups offered new friendships and the accountability to support each other on our change journey."

“The Lifestar Reset challenge allowed me to evaluate which activities/ ways of being in my life I am consistently achieving, and those that could benefit from a little more attention. It's a powerful self evaluation tool and is based on contemporary research in behavioural science. I've found LifeStar a useful tool for coaching clients in holistic cancer rehab self care.”

"The Lifestar challenge forces you to stop, reflect and gain insight into what stops you from being the best version of yourself. It has changed my life in such a positive way."

FAQ's

Our people and teams are already doing so much! How much time does this require?

I hear you. I designed the online  programmes to be micro learning session so that most of what your team are practical actions that  integrate into their everyday life.

Once they learn the five areas of the LifeStar that need to be blended and balanced, they will find that they almost subconsciously check in and become more aware of where they are putting their  energy.  As a result, they will be building their resilience reserves to have more impact at work, presence at home and make time for their favourite hobbies.

What will it cost the company?

There is a price per employee. When you enrol more than 20 people in a LifeStar programme, you will receive discounted offerings.

You can choose to enrol your people in a one off programme such as LifeStar® 101, a six week reset, or an annual subscription.

Prices currently range from NZ$250 - $976 per employee.

There are additional costs for group and one one coaching  and facilitation online and in person.

How long does it take?

LifeStar programmes vary in length.  Micro learning modules are just that - micro!

Some programmes are designed to be done over several days with micro-learning each day (to allow time for new practices to be tried out). There are seven-day, 30-day, and six-week options, plus an annual subscription option that includes a 45-minute group coaching session each week.
